Stablecoin credit · on Tempo

Credit without the bank.

A credit card for people no bank will score. No collateral. No fees. Every rule enforced by the blockchain, not by us.

01 · Identity

Prove you’re human. Not who you are.

Scan your passport’s chip with the Self app. KEYKARD learns one thing: you’re a unique, real person. No documents stored, no face on our servers, one line per human.

02 · How it works

A credit line in four moves.

Get a limit.

Verified in minutes, your first line starts at $20. No collateral, no deposit, no credit history needed.

Tap to pay.

Pay any KEYKARD merchant with Face ID, a password on any device, or by tapping a physical NFC card.

Auto-pay, capped by the chain.

You sign one permission: at most one bill per period, and only to KEYKARD. Tempo enforces the cap, so we physically can’t take more. Revoke it any time.

Pay on time, grow.

Two on-time bills in a row raise your limit: $20 → $50 → $100. Every payment builds a credit file that belongs to you.

03 · Protocol

Enforced by the chain, not by us.

Your card’s permission is scoped on Tempo itself. Try to pay a random wallet and the protocol refuses before any server sees it. Try it yourself in the app.

04 · Status

Your card tells you where you stand.

01

Active

Auto-pay is on. You can see your next bill and exactly how much it will take.

02

Overdue

$5 is late. Your card pauses and one button fixes it. Pay before the deadline and nothing is recorded.

03

Frozen

You revoked auto-pay, and the chain froze your card instantly. Re-enable it and you’re back.

04

Defaulted

Missed past the deadline. It goes on your public credit file, and paying it settles your record.

05

Settled

All square. Your record shows you paid, and you can open a new line.

05 · Family backup

Backed by family, from anywhere.

A relative with income can back your line. They sign one capped permission on their own wallet. It’s charged only if you miss, never more than they agreed, and they’re told before you’re late, not after. A backup raises your limit a level.

06 · Merchants

Anyone can accept KEYKARD.

Everything on one screen.

What you can spend, what you owe, when auto-pay runs, and a receipt for every payment. Plain words, no wallet jargon.

Questions.

Is this real money?

KEYKARD runs on Tempo with real stablecoins. The pilot is live on Tempo testnet with small limits while we finish mainnet launch.

Can KEYKARD take more than I agreed?

No. The auto-pay permission is scoped on-chain: one bill per period, capped, and payable only to KEYKARD. The Tempo protocol rejects anything else, even from us.

Do you see my passport?

No. Self proves you are a unique, real person with a zero-knowledge check of your passport chip. We receive a proof, never the document.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Your card pauses and the app shows exactly what’s due and the deadline. If a family member backs you, they’re told first. Past the deadline it’s recorded on your public credit file, and paying it settles your record.

Where can I pay?

Today: any KEYKARD merchant, and anyone can become one in a minute. Next: any card terminal, through a card-network partner, with the shop paid in local currency.

Are there fees?

No. KEYKARD sponsors every network fee, so your card never pays gas.

Your first line is a minute away.
